Signal Core Solutions is founder-led. Right now, that means one person — Lucas — doing the analysis, plus AI-assisted tooling to process large public data files fast. There’s no bench of junior analysts, no account manager relay, no offshore team touching your data. If you work with us, you work directly with the person who ran the numbers.
I’m a registered nurse of 10 years, with a varied clinical background — most recently working in utilization management, the exact function on the hospital side that Signal Alpha UR is built to support.
I started this because smaller facilities deserve access to the same caliber of information that larger health systems take for granted, even when the funding for an in-house analytics team or a big consulting engagement just isn’t there. Critical Access Hospitals are exactly the segment that gets priced out of this kind of analysis by the big consulting firms — the fee structure doesn’t make sense for a 25-bed facility, so the payer-side leverage gap just stays open. That’s the gap this is built to close.
